1. VIP Day Services
1.1 VIP Day (4-Hour Intensive) - $1,500
Refund Policy:
- Before Session: Full refund available up to 48 hours before scheduled session
- 24-48 Hours Before: 50% refund available
- Less than 24 Hours: No refund available
- After Session: Non-refundable, but satisfaction guaranteed (see Section 7)
Rescheduling:
- Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance at no charge
- One free reschedule allowed; additional reschedules subject to $250 fee
2. Monthly Retainer Services
2.1 Monthly Retainer - $5,000/month
Cancellation Policy:
- Notice Required: 30 days written notice to cancel
- Services During Notice Period: You continue to receive full services through the 30-day notice period
- No Cancellation Fee: No penalties or fees for cancellation
- Unused Time: No refunds for unused time within the current month
Refund Policy:
- If billed in error, full refund within 7 business days
- No refunds for partial months of service
- Pro-rata refunds only if we fail to deliver agreed-upon services
3. SaaS Product Development
3.1 Discovery Phase - $10,000
Refund Policy:
- Before Work Begins: Full refund minus $500 administrative fee
- After Work Begins: Refund based on work not yet completed (pro-rata basis)
- Upon Completion: Non-refundable
3.2 Small SaaS Build - $75,000
3.3 Medium Complexity Build - $175,000
Refund Policy:
- Milestone-Based Payments: Refunds calculated based on uncompleted milestones as outlined in project agreement
- Work In Progress: No refund for milestones currently in progress
- Completed Milestones: Non-refundable
- Cancellation by Client: Client retains ownership of all completed work; no refund for completed portions
Typical Payment Structure:
- 50% upfront (non-refundable once work begins)
- 25% at milestone completion
- 25% at final delivery
4. AI Optimization Services
4.1 AI Assessment & Roadmap - $8,000
Refund Policy:
- Before Assessment: Full refund minus $500 administrative fee
- After Delivery: Non-refundable
- Dissatisfaction: We'll revise the assessment one time at no charge if you're not satisfied
4.2 Implementation Package - $30,000
Refund Policy:
- Refunds based on project agreement and milestone completion
- Typically follows 50/25/25 payment structure
- Uncompleted milestones eligible for refund
4.3 Monthly Optimization - $3,500/month
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days written notice required
- Services continue through notice period
- No cancellation fees
- No refunds for partial months
5. n8n Automation Services
5.1 Simple Automation - $3,500
5.2 Complex System - $15,000
Refund Policy:
- Before Development: Full refund minus $250 planning fee
- During Development: Refund for uncompleted workflows only
- 30 Days After Delivery: If automation fails to work as specified, we'll fix it at no charge or provide partial refund
- After 30 Days: Non-refundable (maintenance plans available)
5.3 Monthly Maintenance - $1,000/month
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days written notice required
- No cancellation fees
- Services continue through notice period
6. Branding & Social Media Services
6.1 Brand Identity Package - $10,000
Refund Policy:
- Before Concepts Delivered: Full refund minus $1,000 research fee
- After Initial Concepts: Refund available for uncompleted deliverables
- Revision Rounds: Up to 3 revision rounds included; additional revisions at $500 each
- Final Delivery: Non-refundable after client approval
6.2 Social Media Management - $4,500/month (Standard)
6.3 Social Media Management - $9,000/month (Premium)
Cancellation Policy:
- Contract Minimum: 3-month minimum commitment
- After 3 Months: 30 days notice to cancel
- Early Termination: $2,000 early termination fee if cancelled before 3 months (except for breach of contract by us)
- Unused Content: Client receives all created content upon cancellation
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
For services marked as "non-refundable," we offer our Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If you're not satisfied with delivered work, contact us within 7 days
- We'll work with you to revise or improve the deliverables at no additional charge
- If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion
- This guarantee applies to one revision cycle per service
8. Refund Request Process
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Email billing@intentures.com with:
- Your name and contact information
- Service purchased and date
- Invoice or receipt number
- Reason for refund request
- Review: We'll review your request within 2 business days
- Response: You'll receive our decision via email
- Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Method: Refunds issued to original payment method
9. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision:
- Request a review with our management team at management@intentures.com
- Provide detailed explanation and any supporting documentation
- We'll schedule a call to discuss within 5 business days
- Final decision will be provided in writing within 10 business days
10. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues. However:
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of services
- We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks
- Chargeback fees ($15-25) may be charged to your account
- Accounts with chargebacks will be restricted from future purchases
11. Service Cancellation by Us
We may cancel services and issue refunds if:
- Force Majeure: Events beyond our control prevent service delivery (full refund)
- Violation of Terms: Client violates Terms of Service (no refund)
- Unable to Deliver: We determine we cannot meet project requirements (full refund of undelivered work)
- Client Unresponsive: No client response for 30+ days (project paused; resume or refund upon request)
12. Third-Party Services
Some services may include third-party costs (hosting, software licenses, stock assets):
- Third-party costs are non-refundable
- These costs are itemized separately in agreements
- Client is responsible for ongoing third-party fees after project delivery
13. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will:
- Be posted on this page with updated "Last Updated" date
- Take effect immediately for new purchases
- Not affect existing agreements or purchases made prior to changes
